What a wholly stunning day! ☀️ Did know that vitamin D from the sun’s rays can help to modulate our body’s immune response, helping us fights coughs, colds and allergies alike? It also helps with our circadian rhythm as well as our mood and disposition, all of which are high importance for efficient immune function too!
Here in Australia, we are blessed to be able to draw on our surroundings to support our health & wellbeing. A privilege, we certainly shouldn’t take for granted.
