Now that we are transitioning into cooler temperatures, I am finding that I am naturally craving more warming and nourishing wholefoods. Hence, I have since whipped up these most delicious yet nourishing banana muffins on multiple occasions now. They are divine served warm with spread of butter, nut butter and/or honey or are a treat by themselves. They also make for the perfect afternoon pick me up or lunchbox treat and provide some quality protein, good fats and energy to keep you sustained.
These are gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and full of healthy ingredients. I promise you that they’re definitely worth your while, especially during times like now when we are spending a lot of time at home (thanks so our viral visitor COVID-19!).
I am no baker, but these are so super easy and so tasty that I feel like I sort of am!

Note: I do often add cacao nibs or some chopped dark chocolate and sometimes swap out the nuts depending on what I have on hand.
